Conditions, offers and deposit

Offers cannot be cumulated. Confirmation of reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. Children discounts are considered valid if sharing room with parents.

We inform our guests that in the case of early departure in the mornign or during the night you will have to pay the hotel bill the day before the trip. In case of payment by check or bank transfer (immediate or not), we ask that it be made a few days before departure, to verify the credit.

Taxes, Check-In & Check-Out

Tourist tax excluded, 2,00€ per day per person over 15 and only for the first 7 days of stay.
All offers are valid for a minimum stay of 3 days
Check-In: 15.00 Check-Out: 11.00

Cancellation conditions

The 30% deposit paid to confirm the reservation will be returned only in case of cancellation at least 20 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation below 20 days or in case of no-show on the day of check in, the deposit paid or withdrawn from the credit card guaranteeing the reservation will be fully retained

Anticipated departure conditions

Termination of the contract by the customer for early departure compared to the booked period will result in the room price being charged for an additional 3 days from the time of departure in Bed & Breakfast treatment.
