Following Gandalf1789's, Igorillibus' and Maximilian70's advice,
we have extended the hours of service for lunch and dinner (new hours: lunch 12:30 .-. 14:30 dinner 19:30 to 21:00), we have improved the supply of hors d'oeuvre, fruit and sweets buffet, so that to allow the customers to use it with calmer. Following
Gianni Pecorella and Maximilian70's advice,
we have increased the supply of the minibar in the room, now it's included in the service three types of soft drinks, three types of fruit juices, carbonated and natural water. Following
Igorillibus and Elalagatta's advice,we are changing our room staff in order to pay more attention to what our guests will report as preferences for the menu of the day.There are others recommendation of yours that are equally important to be dealt with, but it will take more time and energy to solve them.
